Growing Leading Central California Multiple Specialty Physician Practice Group with several locations is searching for a Medical Operations Leader – Practice Administrator (PA) to oversee their Multi-specialty physician practices. 
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Practice Administrator will be an integral part of the leadership team.  They will establish and promote organizational objectives, establish and achieve goals, implement policies and procedures, evaluate systems for areas of improvement and more.  They will be responsible for leading the day-to-day clinic operations including management of staff, departmental oversight, planning and development of marketing initiatives, physician relationships, healthcare technology implementation, facilities management, and more.
Bachelor's required. Master's degree preferred.   
5 + years of medical group or healthcare management experience
Experience managing multiple medical practice specialties and overseeing multiple sites. 
Experience opening additional sites a plus.
