Primavera Unifier Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Primavera Unifier Implementation Specialist to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle's Primavera Unifier software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that optimize project management, cost controls, and reporting capabilities.  This is a remote role, with visits to clients and Southern California office.  MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Primavera Unifier to meet the specific needs of clients or internal projects.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, workflows, and processes, translating them into functional solutions within Primavera Unifier.
  • Integration: Work with IT teams to integrate Primavera Unifier with other enterprise systems such as Oracle Primavera P6, ERP systems, and other project management tools.
  • Testing & Training: Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Primavera Unifier.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, processes, and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance and user onboarding.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Primavera Unifier, including regular updates and upgrades.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations within Primavera Unifier to support decision-making and project oversight.
  • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of Primavera Unifier, recommending improvements to existing implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing Primavera Unifier, including configuring modules such as Cost Controls, Change Management, Document Manager, Business Process Management, and Project Controls.
    • Strong experience in Oracle Primavera P6, ERP systems, and other related project management tools.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Primavera Unifier configuration, scripting, and integration with third-party applications.
    • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with web services, XML, and API integrations is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Primavera Unifier certification.
  • Experience working in industries such as construction, engineering, utilities, or infrastructure.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certifications.
Approximate salary range is $100,000 to $135,000 may stretch.
