Award-winning, New York City law firm specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, mass tort and more is searching for a talented and experienced Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff Side) to join their growing team.

With more than 20 years of experience, their attorneys serve clients throughout New York City and statewide, specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, mass tort, and related practice areas.
Attorney Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations.
Provide expert legal advice and outline actionable strategies.
Thoroughly investigate cases by reviewing accident reports, medical records, and witness statements.
Collaborate with medical and forensic experts to strengthen cases.
Effectively negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve favorable settlements.
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
Deliver compelling arguments, cross-examine witnesses, and advocate vigorously on behalf of clients.
Maintain regular client communications regarding case updates and legal strategies.
Efficiently manage a robust caseload and adhere to deadlines.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in New York.
Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.
4+ years of Plaintiff-side personal injury law experience
Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000/year plus additional compensation for personally originated settled cases.
