Bookkeeper - Part-time

We have been retained by an established healthcare organization in their search for a talent Bookkeeper to join their team.  This is a part-time role.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations for the organization.  This individual will be responsible for: preparing and sending invoices to clients; managing accounts receivables, paying vendor invoices, tracking and reconciling bank account balances; making bank deposits, recording of cash receipts and other related responsibilities.  

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping, AP, AR and General Ledger experience.  
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
