We are seeking a talented Paid Search Manager to work remotely.  SmartHire has been retained to conduct a search for Trilogy Education Services (Trilogy) to assist them in their search.

Trilogy Educational Services is looking for a Paid Search Manager who is comfortable in fast-paced working conditions and thrives in an environment where performance is paramount. The ideal candidate will bring to the table a high level of campaign creation and management experience. You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including SEM/PPC, display/GDN, and remarketing, with the goals to increase conversions, optimize for target CPA goals, and efficiently increase leads. You will also have opportunities to provide strategic insight on campaigns, as well as improve internal processes and structure.
Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on search marketing expert, you will manage, optimize and scale the paid search marketing channel, as well as piloting other biddable new channels
  • Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple search engines (e.g. Google, Bing, etc.) to exceed acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
  • Create SEM dashboards and monitor KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for keyword, geography, and channel expansion
  • Optimize bidding strategy and drive landing pages and ad copy to improve channel performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and apply them as appropriate
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI especially for paid search
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Enhance our bidding and media buying methodologies
  • Maximize click-through rate (CTR), keyword quality score, and conversion rate through best practice and continuous testing effort
  • Provide in-depth analysis of the accounts and campaigns. Develop and execute optimization plans and bidding strategies for better ROI
  • Assist with landing page optimization strategies and A/B testing to improve performance
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience managing search marketing campaigns and budgets at scale
  • 1+ years of experience with Marin Bid Management or equivalent software
  • Deep understanding of AdWords strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
