International Organization with a downtown Miami location is searching for a Legal Case Manager with legal litigation experience to join their team.
The Legal Case Manager will love working with and communicating with clients. The position will be working in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) of litigation cases. They will act as the liaison between clients and arbitrators, mediators and negotiators. They will be responsible for preparing legal documents for cases, managing large case documents and ensuring all documents and technology are ready for ADR. They will coordinate with clients/attorneys and assist them in understanding the procedures and requirements, and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided once case has been completed. They will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating hearings and/or conference calls, and pre-hearing preparation calls to ensure all client needs are met.

Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate required, plus 2-5 years of legal experience either as a paralegal or legal assistant and 1+ year of litigation experience.
