Legal Case/Client Manager - Alternative Dispute Resolution

International Organization with a Miami location is searching for a Legal Case/Client Manager with litigation experience to join their team. 
The Legal Case/Client Manager will ideally be a paralegal or legal professional.  This talented individual will manage assigned cases from beginning to end in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) of litigation cases. They will act as the liaison between clients and arbitrators, mediators and negotiators and will manage the entire process and be the point of contact for all parties.  They will be responsible for preparing legal documents for cases, managing large case documents and ensuring all documents and technology are ready for ADR. They will coordinate with clients/attorneys on the scheduling of hearings and/or conference calls, and pre-hearing preparation calls and assist them in understanding the procedures and requirements, and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided once the case has been completed.

Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate required, plus 2-5 years of legal experience either and ideally 1+ year of litigation experience.
