Technology Solutions Sales Professional - Infrastructure Clients

A Southern California-based technology solutions company is searching for a Technology Solutions Sales Professional (TSSP) to join their team!

The TSSP will work directly with our Sales and Technology team and will be responsible for communicating technological solutions to solve customer issues and for presenting customers with the proper digital and physical technology to assist and solve their issues. As a TTSSP, your job will include identifying potential clients, establishing initial communications, reviewing the needs of clients, presenting them with solutions to their problems, providing relevant quotes, demonstrating products, and negotiating prices on bids.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the sales and technology fields and should have proven success in negotiating deals and sales. You must have a good understanding of the technology you will be selling. Our company will offer training on this aspect if required, so having experience in lead generation, sales, and customer relations are the most important required skills.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and grow existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Perform product demonstrations and training.
Work with Technology teams to define pricing and negotiate sales prices with clients.

Education and Experience:

B.S./B.A. or equivalent.
Need to have proven experience with client development and sales of technology solutions to clients in the Infrastructure markets (Transportation, Energy/Utilities, Water).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of experience in technical sales in the technology solutions, project management or project controls solutions in the Infrastructure market.
Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing.
Strong sense of organization and time management.
Proven ability to initiate, develop, and close sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with cloud solutions.

Compensation:

Base salary is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience with a strong commission plan, approximate OTE of $150,000 to $200,000 uncapped.
